I mean yeah, it feels like that’s the right thing to do, but it’s not. You think that you’ll burden the people you’re telling when actually they want to know what’s wrong and help you. “I’m okay/ I’m fine/ I’m just tired” BULLSHIT. Some people may not be the best at talking when you tell them, but they can be the best listeners, atleast you tell them how you feel. Atleast you know you can tell them something and they’ll listen. Atleast you’ll have that weight off your chest, the weight you’ve held onto for so long, gone. I know it’s hard to tell others, but it’s better than keeping it in and doing something stupid.
